After a quick turn around from my qualifier yesterday, I traveled to Garland, Texas to play in my second Adams Tour Event. Unfortunately I didn’t qualify for sectional qualifying for the US Open, but I’m happy with where I’m at in my game and I’m building off of it. The Gateway Buick GMC Classic is at a familiar place for me. The tournament is being held at Firewheel Golf Park. I’ve played here several times for college tournaments, so it’s nothing new to me. The course is in phenomenal shape right now, and the bentgrass greens are rolling great. It’s easy to say I’m looking forward for a great week!
You can click here to view the tournament information page where you will find the pairings, results, and any other info you may want to know. After the tournament is over, I’ll have another post on my thoughts/details on the rounds. Thank you guys again for the support, without it I wouldn’t be where I am today!
